Team-owned hospitality systems · Powered by VerisAI

Systems that make businesses easier to run.

TheWorkingGM turns frontline operating knowledge into modular systems for labour, margin, handovers, standards and daily execution—hospitality first, then adapted and validated for other industries.

01 · The shift

Frontline operating knowledge, converted into transferable business systems.

The founder’s experience helped shape the methodology, but the value belongs in documented workflows, tools, training and measurable controls—not permanent dependence on one person. Each system is designed for a real team to own, teach and improve.

02 · Core modules

One control model. Multiple business systems.

Each system defines the signal, evidence, owner, action, deadline and verification point.

Labour

Demand-led labour control

Connect forecast demand, paid hours, productivity and shift ownership before the rota becomes a margin problem.

Margin

Profit-leakage control

Make waste, variance, voids, discounts, overtime and weak purchasing controls visible and actionable.

Handover

Shift continuity

Give every open operational issue a clear owner, deadline, status and escalation path across shifts.

Standards

Visible operating standards

Turn expectations into observable controls with evidence, responsibility and consistent follow-through.

Customer

Service recovery control

Record failures, apply policy-bound recovery and verify closure without losing context between teams.

Management

Daily and weekly control

Bring the most material signals into short decision rhythms that survive busy service and management change.

03 · Industry editions

Add a new industry without rebuilding the engine.

The core control model stays consistent. Each edition receives its own signals, terminology, workflows, authority rules and success measures.

04 · Installation method

Built to transfer—not to create permanent consultancy dependence.

  1. 01
    Diagnose

Identify the material pressure, baseline and existing evidence.

  2. 02
    Design

Define the smallest useful control, decision rights and success measure.

  3. 03
    Install

Place the workflow inside the team’s real operating rhythm.

  4. 04
    Measure

Track use, closure, operating result and unintended friction.

  5. 05
    Transfer

Document ownership so the system can run without the founder present.

05 · Product engine

The assurance layer between insight and verified execution.

TheWorkingGM develops and validates the operational systems. VerisAI keeps each business signal connected to its evidence, authorised decision, action owner and verified outcome. Hospitality supplies the first proof base; each later industry becomes a distinct product edition.
